The TENNISPRO team provides you with more than 25 years of experience and know-how in the field of stringing machines, strings, racquets, as well as on the whole range of tennis accessories.

If, despite our efforts to offer the best prices available on the market, you were to find the same article at a lower price in another mail-order catalogue in the 15 days after your order (with equal warranty and technical characteristics), we will send you a voucher worth the price difference.

Office and warehouse surface of about 700 m2. We welcome the public Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 12:00 and from 1:30pm to 6:30 pm, and on Saturday from 8:30amto 12:00. 
The Tennispro Strasbourg store is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30am to 12:30 and from 2:30pm to 7:30pm, and on Saturady from 9:00am to 12:00 and from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.

Besides traditional order by mail or telephone, you can also order at any time on our website at www.tennispro.fr or by fax at 03 88 82 92 17.

Every order received before 3:00pm is shipped away on the same day (except for exceptional circumstances).

48H COLISSIMO: For mainland France, all oders are sent by way of the postal services by COLISSIMO SUIVI (guaranteed maximum 48 hours time limit) or by truck, wihtout added shipping expenses (except for very heavy equipment).

If the item delivered does not correspond to what you expected, whatever the reason, we are committed to change it for you or to give you your money back. You only have to send it back to us in the 15 days following delivery (undamaged and in its original packing)

We will regularly send you information letters and small catalogues to inform you about the latest products on the market.

If you are already a tennispro customer and you reference one of your friends who orders a stringing machine, you will get a 30€ gift card which you can use on our entire catalogue.
