Price and Tax
Price Guarantee
The prices offered on our website www.tennispro.fr are given all taxes included. They are guaranteed, except if subjected to a modification of the French Value Added Tax (VAT). If the VAT rate was to be modified, the change would be immediately reflected on our salesprices
We also wish to inform you that the given prices can be lowered. In this case, the billing price will be effective on the date of our price change. These prices are understood without possible expenses for packing, shipping and clearing through customs (for export).
With your parcel, you will receive a detailed bill on which the amount of VAT will be specified, so that companies or members of the professions who are subject to VAT can get a tax refund. Please keep your bill: it also serves as your warranty voucher.

VAT and TAXES
Delivery in the French Overseas Departments, Territories and outside the European Union
Any order which is to be delivered in the French Overseas Departments, Territories or outside the European Union is exempt from the French VAT.
This removal of tax is applied on the products’ salesprice as well as on the shipping expenses. To get an indication of the taxfree price of any item on our website, you only have to divide the all-tax included price by 1.196 (the current French VAT rate is 19.6% as of Januray 1st 2000). The bill with your parcel is given without taxes. As a consequence, the customer will have to clear the products trough customs by paying all necessary taxes on entry into the department, territory or country.

Delivery within the European union
Any order to be delivererd within the European union is subject to the French VAT (19.6% as of January 1st 2000). You don’t have to pay any other tax upon receiving your parcel.

Your order will be delivered to any address by "Colissimo Suivi" service offered by the French postal service or by truck for larger size and/or heavy items.
Prices
A 6.00€ participation to the shipping expenses is added for every order, except if the order amounts to more than 75€, in which case your order will be delivered without any shipping expenses (in mainland France)
For heavy items (such as nets, court equipments, reservation chart-boards, ball buckets, fitness equipments, etc.) the shipping expenses are 8.50€, whatever the total amount.
Time limit
Any order placed before 12.00 pm will be shipped on the same day (except if the item is out of stock). Allow for 48 hours by "Colissimo Suivi"*; for 48 to 72 hours by truck*. For Corsica, add 2 more days.*

Reception of the parcel
If you are not at home when your parcel is delivered, a notice will be left in your mailbox. If the parcel has been delivered by the postal services, you will be able to claim it at the nearest post office. Otherwise you will have to call the shipping company and make an appointment.
Please check your parcel immediately in front of the delivery man (woman) for packing and content. If you notice missing or faulty items, please specify it right away on the reception slip and call us at 03.88.92.09.09
We will ship the missing or damaged items as soon as possible without any further charge.
Countries outside the European Union, the French Overseas Departments and Territories, and the rest of the world
Please place your order on our website.
We cannot automatically calculate delivery expenses towards countries outside the European Union and the French Overseas Departments and Territories on our website.
You can nonetheless select the items you wish to purchase. Don’t forget to mention your delivery address as well as an e-mail address or a telephone number, and our customers service will contact you to specify the shipping expenses which corresponds to your situation.
Upon receiving our estimate, you will be able to confirm your order and to choose an adequate transportation means.
The order will only be effective once you have accepted the delivery conditions and once you have given all the necessary payment information (or payed on our secure site).
Prices
European Union and Switzerland: for shipping under 2 kg, a 9.50€ contribution has to be added to the total amount.
EUROPE outside the European Union and French Overseas Departments: for shipping under 2 kg, a 11.95€ contribution has to be added to the total amount.
Asia, South Pacific, Africa and French Overseas Territories: for shipping under 1kg, a 14.50€ contribution has to be added to the total amount.
Above this weight, we will contact you to give you an estimate of the shipping expenses.

Secure payment
Once your payment has been confirmed, your items are set off.
Credit Card Payment
You can securely pay online with your credit card. Only the custmers whose delivery address is located in France (mainland), and for whom the shipping expenses are automatically included in the total amount, can pay directly online. (For others, we offer fax, telephone or mail payments, check payment or payment upon delivery).
Our website allows you to pay for your order online, by choosing MC, EC or VISA and then typing in the 16 numbers of your credit card and its expiration date. This information is coded and is sent securely thanks to the encrypted network SSL. Only the credit cards labelled CB, VISA, EUROCARD or MASTERCARD and issued in France (or in other international bank networks validated by the GIE Credit Card authority) are accepted
Once the order is confirmed by the customer on the website, it will only be effective when the central bank network clears authorization. Payment upon reception of the parcel
When you click on PAYMENT UPON RECEPTION OF THE PARCEL, you will be able to place your order online. The payment will be directly made to the mailman (or woman) when the parcel is delivered to your address but you will also have to pay payment upon reception charges which will be added to your bill (7.77€ as of March 1st 2003)
Warranty
Satisfaction guaranteed
On our website, you will get our "satisfaction guaranteed" clause. If an item does not correspond to what you expected, please contact us by mail or telephone in the 15 days following delivery date. You will then return the item undamaged, preferably in its original shipping package, with the return number and bill.
When our responsability is engaged, the shipping expenses will be refunded. If you are asking for a change for your personal convenience, the shipping expenses will then remain yours to pay.
In both cases, you can either change your item or get your money back.

Discount codes
You just have to insert the code in the “Discount Code” bar which is at the top of your shopping basket, the discount will be immediately applied. Be careful, discount codes aren’t cumulative and have a validity period.
Gift checks
