-In the first phase, you will assemble different articles for each order by taking them out of our stock in our warehouse.
-In a second phase, you will send the packages to the correct customer destination and you will invoice the customers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRANSLATOR FRENCH/SPANISH

Following our increasing business, we are looking for a new collaborator to strengthen our customer service.

Within the Tennispro Customer Service, you will be the brand's representative, which means you will need to have a perfect attitude and customer services adapted values.

You will have to satisfy our customers, and will have to meet qualitative expectations.

MAIN OBJECTIVES :

- Process Customer requests (mails, calls...)
- Process customer returns (After-sales, refunds)
- Provide a fast, customized and qualitative reply
- Advize, follow our customer until the end of his experience
- Follow up orders (shipping, litigations, fraud controls...)
- Close collaboration with the web and logistics team
- Go to the Customer Service manager when needs be
- Represent Tennispro values
- FR/SP translastions of web pages and price control on the Spanish website

REQUIRED ABILITIES :

- Be responsible and organized (anticipate, warn, be autonomous, respect your commitments)
- Work in teams (within your own and across the different other teams)
- Be rigourous and professionnal
- Have nice speech and writting abilities
- Be ready to help (empathy, sympathy, amability, listening ability...)
- Have the customer experience (identify what the customer needs and be efficient to solve his problem)
- Follow your results (everything needs to be in place to achieve the customer service's objectives)
- Have propositions to submit
- Speak spanish
- Bonus point if you are a tennis player

Placed under the supervision of the purchase manager you will be in charge of products creation in our ERP (characteristics, price, etc...)
You will attend meetings with suppliers from the biggest brands in order to be aware of the market's trends. You will be in charge of realizing sales reports (rate of release, etc...).

This job suggests that you pay a partiuclar attention to inventory management and references.
