My order/My package

I would like to cancel/modify an order +

You can cancel or modify your order before it is prepared. Send us an email by using our contact form.
My order has been delayed +

We make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the vagaries of the calendar (bank holidays, sales/Black Friday, major tournaments, etc.) mean that the processing time for your order may sometimes be extended. It should also be noted that some services (stringing, customisation, etc.) require additional processing time due to the personalisation of your item.
How can I track my order? +

As soon as your parcel is picked up by the carrier, the tracking number is automatically sent to you by e-mail. Click on the link to track your parcel.
My parcel is supposed to have been delivered but I have not received it +

First of all, make sure that your parcel has not been left on your doorstep, your terrace, in your garden or to a neighbour. If this is not the case, send us an email by using our contact form.
My parcel is on pending at Tennispro +

Your order is ready to be shipped! The carrier will take charge of your parcel. However, if the tracking link has not been updated after 3 working days, please send us an email by using our contact form.
Wrong/Missing item +

I have a missing item

We're sorry about this oversight. Send us an email via our contact form .

The item I received is not the one I ordered

We're sorry about this error. Send us an email via our contact form indicating the reference not received and attach a photo of the item received and its tag. We will immediately send you a return label by email.
I have received a faulty, dirty or damaged item +

We apologise for this inconvenience. Send us an email via our contact form indicating the reference concerned accompanied by a photo of the defect. We will send you a return label by email.
My parcel is damaged +

Although we are not responsible for this, we are sorry for the situation and hope that your order is complete and in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please send us an email via our contact form.
My parcel will be returned to TENNISPRO +

Due to circumstances beyond our control and the vagaries of the transport world, it may happen in rare cases that your parcel is unfortunately redirected to our warehouse. If this happens, don't worry!
As soon as we receive the parcel, we will refund the full amount of your order, so that you can quickly place a new order on our site.

I want to declare a Warranty case +

TennisPro offers a warranty from the date of purchase on products with a manufacturing, materials or design defect.

To declare your warranty case, send us an email via our contact form eindicating the reference concerned and the order number accompanied by the warranty Request Form as well as the necessary photos. We will send you a return label if your case is accepted.

Returns

I would like to get a refund +

 You have 30 days in order to make the return. Please note that return is at your charge. You can order a FEDEX label on our website. Your return will be processed within an average of 7 days from the date of receipt.

Download and complete the returns form.

How can I exchange an item?  +

I would like to return an item received in error +

We apologise for this error. Send us an email via our contact form indicating the reference not received and attach a photo of the item received and its label. We will immediately send you a return label by email.

Payment methods available to me +

Payment method Description
Credit card

Our safe transaction service is SSL encrypted and monitered by the bank. It uses the 3D secure procedure to ensure the highest level of security. Thanks to the express payment system, you will be able to place a new order more easily, without having to enter your information twice.
Via Paypal

If you have a PayPal account, you can also use it to pay for your order without having to give any credit card information.
Bank transfer

You can choose to pay by bank transfer to Tennispro Bank code : 30003, Counter code : 02360, Account number : 00020121368, RIB : 17. IBAN (International Bank Account Number) : FR76 3000 3023 6000 0201 2136 817. Your article will be reserved for 8 days and sent as soon as the payment is received.
I cannot validate my payment +

No need to panic! Place your order by selecting Bank Transfer as payment method, but do not make the transfer. This will register your order in our system and your items will be reserved! Send us an email via our contact form. An advisor will contact you shortly to help you.

I cannot use my gift card/voucher +

Make sure that your gift voucher is valid for payment of your order. If this is the case, we suggest that you first validate your order by selecting Bank transfer as payment method, but do not make the transfer. This will register your order in our system and your items will be reserved! Secondly, send us an email via our contact formindicating the number of your gift voucher. An advisor will contact you.  

My discount or promotion code did not apply +

Make sure that the items selected are eligible for the promotion code. If this is the case, send us an email via our contact form, enclosing a screenshot of your cart if possible.

I would like to test a racket +

It's difficult to get a good feel for a frame, and to avoid making the wrong choice, test rackets are the ideal solution.

How does our test racket programme work?

  • You can test a maximum of 2 rackets over a period of 7 days. If you want to test two rackets at the same time, you'll need to order both models at once.
  • The price of 150€ indicated on this product sheet represents A DEPOSIT to be paid before the test; as soon as the racquet is returned to our warehouse, this sum will be refunded. No refunds will be given for late or unreported returns. Please note: Payment for a test racket in no way implies that the racket belongs to you.
  • LWhen you place your first order for a test racket, please send us proof of identity and address to the following e-mail address: [email protected]. If we do not receive a return of the documents within 7 days of our email, we will refund your order in order to free up the rackets for other customers. Payment for your order cannot be made by cheque.
  • Test rackets will be sent directly to your home address or to an access point. (Delivery to franchised shops is not possible).
  • The test racket programme is only available in Europe. No deliveries will be made to French overseas territories or Switzerland.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the test rackets. We are therefore offering you a discount code sent with your test rackets for any purchase of a new racket:
  • €7.50 discount for the purchase of one new racket
  • €15 discount for the purchase of two or more new rackets
  • If the test racket is not returned: a letter of formal notice will be sent to you a week later to rectify the situation as soon as possible, return the racket(s) or pay the balance due (new value of the racket(s) - deposit).

If you have lost your password, click on the following link and enter your e-mail address.

You will then receive an email asking you to enter a new password.

If you just want to change it, log in to your account, click on ‘Account information’ and tick the ‘Change password’ box (at the bottom of the page).

I would like to modify my personal data +

Log in to your account and click on ‘My dashboard’.

You can change your contact details as well as your delivery and billing addresses by clicking on ‘Edit’ or ‘Modify’.
