Warranty claim for a tennis racket
You will need:
- An overall photo of the racket (both sides)
- Photos of the side and top of the racket
- A close-up of the product defect
- A photo of the QR code (barcode or serial number) in the racket throat
- A video if the identified defect is a noise
Warranty claim for a padel racket
You will need:
- An overall photo of the racket (both sides)
- Photos of the side and top of the racket
- A close-up of the product defect
- A photo of the QR code (barcode or serial number) in the racket throat
- A video if the detected defect is a noise
Warranty claim for a pair of shoes
You will need:
- One photo showing both shoes (tops and soles)
- One photo of the label with the shoe size, usually located on the tongue
- A close-up of the identified defect
Warranty claim for a textile
You will need:
- An overall photo of the product (both sides)
- A close-up of the defect
- Photos of the product labels: inner labels with the reference numbers, and outer labels if the product is new
Warranty claim for another product
You will need:
- One overall photo of the product from all sides
- A close-up of the defect
- Photos of the labels showing the item number, if visible
