You must provide:
- An overall photo of the racket (both sides)
- Photos of the racket's profile and top
- A close-up photo of the product defect
- A photo of the QR code (barcode or serial number) located in the racket's throat
- A video if the detected defect is a noise
Paddle racket warranty claim
You must provide:
- An overview photo of the racket (both sides)
- Photos of the racket's profile and top
- A close-up photo of the product defect
- A photo of the QR code (barcode or serial number) located in the heart of the racket
- A video if the detected defect is a noise
Warranty claim for a pair of sneakers
You must provide:
- An overall photo of both shoes (uppers and soles)
- A photo of the size label, usually located on the tongue
- A close-up photo of the detected defect
Clothing warranty claim
You must provide:
- An overall photo of the product (both sides)
- A close-up photo of the defect
- Photos of the product labels: interior labels with reference numbers and exterior labels if the product is new
Warranty claim for another product
You must provide:
- An overall photo of the product from all sides
- A close-up photo of the defect
- Photos of the labels with the reference number, if visible
