The reactive ball is a rubber ball equipped with multiple bumps that cause completely unpredictable bounces as soon as it touches the ground or a wall. Specially designed for agility training, it forces the athlete to analyse a random trajectory in a fraction of a second, which helps to develop reflexes, improve hand-eye coordination, and boost the explosiveness of the initial steps.
