RETURN OF ORDERED ARTICLES
You just placed an order and you are willing to send it (or part of it) back ? No problem. Download the return slip below in PDF format, print it, fill it, and place it together with your invoice, in the parcel you will send us back so that we have all the requested information to deal with your return as soon as possible.
Yet, a few points are to be noted in order for everything to go down well and for your return to be taken into account by our staff as well as possible. Here are the recommendations for the following articles :
- Tennis racquets : in order for the return of a racquet to be accepted, you have to respect 3 conditions : the racquet must never contain track of scratch or impact on the frame and the string must be new and must not contain any track of ball. The grip must remain in its packaging and the racket must not have been used..
- Tennis shoes: they must be re-sent with their box in a perfect shape and must not have been used. A shoes box may not be used as a package used for shipping. Please keep the box in it's original state. (No scotch tape or adhesive tags on the box).
- Bags, clothes, strings, grips and accessories : the product must be new and never used. The packaging must be intact for the return to be accepted.
