Service and delivery schedule
In order to ensure faster delivery times, we guarantee that each order placed before 12pm will be sent in the course of the day. Otherwise, your order will leave our warehouse in the following 24h after validation of the order and upon reception of payment. We estimate delivery time to be between 1 and 6 days, depending on which country the order is shipped to.
Once you have confirmed your order, Tennispro will acknowledge its receipt. You will then be able to follow the status of your order directly from My account. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive the UPS tracking number, to be used on the transporter's website in order to know where your package is. When you receive your package, we advise you to check it carefully, if possible while in the presence of the delivery agent, to make sure if it has not suffered any damage during shipping.

Exchange and refund
You are not satisfied with your order ? Tennispro offers the "Money-back" guarantee : you can return the product and either exchange it or get a refund. You will benefit from a 30-day period to send the merchandise back to us. Click here to download the return form and fill it out.

Returns are paid for by the client. Items will only be accepted if the condition is 'good as new' and resellable. In case of a an exchange, we will send you the new products at our own expense. In case of refund, we guarantee it will be done in the 10 days following the reception of your package.
