Service and delivery schedule
In order to decrease delivery time, we guarantee that each order placed before 12am will be send in the course of the day, and otherwise your order will leave our warehouse in the 24h following the validation of the order and upon reception of the payment. We estimate this delivery time to be between 1 and 6 days, depending on which country the order is shipped to.
Once you have confirmed your order, Tennispro will acknowledge its receipt. You will then be able to follow the status of your order directly from My account. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive the UPS tracking number, to be used on the transporter's website in order to know where your package is. When you receive your package, we advize you to check carefully, and if possible while the delivery man is here, if it has not suffered from any damages during the travel.

Exchange and refund

The products will have to be sent back, on your expenses, good as new and sellable. In case of a an exchange we will send you back the products, on our expenses. In case of refund, we guarantee it will be done in the 10 days following the reception of your package.
