Order 24/7 online

Our website, www.tennispro.eu is accessible 24/7, but if you are interested, you can also contact us by telephone at +44 (0)20 36 081 983 from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, on Friday from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm and on Saturday from 10am to 1pm.

Service N°6

Shipping

Any order placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day (except in exceptional cases). Any order placed after 12pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. However, if you have an urgent order to place, you can contact us by phone and place your order in priority.

Quick Delivery

The delivery of our products is ensured by hand-picked transporters for optimal service. You can consult the list of our transporters, and their average delivery times, on this page.

Satisfied or Refunded

If the delivered article does not meet your expectations whatever the reason may be, we are committed to exchanging it or refunding it. All you need to do is return it to us within 30 days after it was delivered to you (in a brand new condition and in the original packaging/ see our General Terms of Sale - Article 5).
