5. Order 24 hours a day on the Internet :
Our website www.tennispro.eu is accessible 24 hours a day but if you want, you can also contact us by phone at + 33 3 88 92 09 09 from Monday to Friday between 9 am and noon and between 1.30 pm and 5.30 pm (on Saturday from 9 am to noon).
6. Shipping :
Any order passed before 1.00 pm will be sent in the day (except for exceptional cases). You will then have to wait 2 working days for the routing (1 work day for express order). Should you have a rush order to pass, we encourage you to do so by phone so that we can prioritise your order.
7. Fast delivery :
For Metropolitan France, orders are sent by post in COLISSIMO SUIVI (maximum 48 hours) or by carrier, without added charges (except for heavy goods).
8. Satisfied or Reimbursed :
If the good we delivered to you does not correspond to your expectation, regardless of the reason, we commit to exchange or reimburse it. You only have to send it back within 30 days following its delivery (in an as-new state and in its original packaging / see our General Conditions of Sale Article 5).
9. Regular information :
If you gave us your e-mail address and accepted to get information from us, we will send you information newsletter on a regular basis regarding what is new on the market and special offers of the moment.
